Te Arawa Whānau Ora Charitable Trust is a collective of whānau ora providers operating in the Te Arawa area with a mission to work collectively for whānau-centred outcomes. The organisation creates transformative environments designed to support whānau in achieving mana motuhake, strengthening whānau whilst cultivating energies of excellence and being guided by tupuna aspirations as kaitiaki o te taiao. Te Arawa Whānau Ora is committed to supporting future aspirations and dreams through culturally grounded practice.

The collective provides comprehensive support services across all life stages. These include Pēpi and Tamariki services for babies and children, Rangatahi programmes for young people, Pakeke services for adults, and Kaumātua support for elders. The organisation delivers hands-on wānanga and workshops that build capability and confidence, with programmes such as Te Uira Māripi focusing on building confidence through practical learning experiences. Services are accessible through both self-referral and provider referral pathways, ensuring whānau can access support in ways that suit their needs.

Based in Rotorua at 1143 Hinemoa Street, Te Arawa Whānau Ora serves the Te Arawa region and operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 4:30pm. The organisation prioritises accessibility through multiple contact channels including phone and email referral services, and has developed the Tapikiora App to enable whānau to easily book into free workshops and wānanga.
