TDRecruitment

TDRecruitment is a recruitment consultancy that focuses on permanent placements in the Engineering and Commercial Support sectors. It serves both employers and candidates, and says it works with a select number of client companies so that it can understand their needs.

The consultancy was founded in 2012 by director Tracy Day, who says she had worked with global, national and local clients for 20 years beforehand. Her background includes four years in Silicon Valley, California, and work across Australia. The company says she interviews each candidate herself, and that its interview process is intended to match skills, knowledge and personality to the role. The business operates as TDRecruitment Pty Ltd.
