Tdc Horeca

TDC Horecadiensten provides horeca professionals to hotels and is the partner for night auditors, night and day receptionists, day and night porters, bellboys and comparable roles. The company places staff with more than 160 hotels throughout the Netherlands, and it attributes that reach to working only with reliable, experienced professionals who have a genuine passion for hospitality, people a hotel can trust with the care of its guests. Its people are directly deployable and know all the operational hotel systems, and the company keeps a fixed pool of experienced professionals rather than sending a different face every shift. It is reachable 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Sundays and public holidays.

The specialism is the hotel side of the horeca. TDC understands how important stability and continuity are to a hotel, since sensitive information is better left with one and the same person and inducting a new colleague each time costs a great deal of time, so it assembles a fixed team for each client with care. That team is made up of employees who consciously choose a job with responsibility and independence. All of the company's own recruiters have a background in the horeca themselves, which is how it explains its ability to make the right match between a hotel and a night porter. It invests in its employees so they land somewhere that suits them and want to stay for a longer period, which serves the client as much as the worker.

TDC Horecadiensten works from Institutenweg 20 in Enschede and Raamplein 1 in Amsterdam and can be reached on 085 002 37 00 or [email protected]. It is part of the TDC groep, a service provider across bouw, techniek and horeca, which gives clients a stable backstop. The company holds the SNA-keurmerk, works to NEN norm 4400-01 and is affiliated to the NBBU, so clients carry no financial risk when hiring in labour through it.
