Tcc Schweiz

tcc, the career company, is a Swiss recruitment agency focused on the Vermittlung (placement) of technical Fach- und Führungskräfte (specialists and executives). It says its recruitment consultants originally worked themselves in the professions they now recruit for, which it presents as the basis for an optimal assessment of fit between candidate and employer.

The company's specialisation is technical roles, covering both specialist and leadership level positions, drawing on its recruiters' own first hand experience in these occupations as well as its knowledge of client company cultures to support what it describes as a lasting working relationship.

tcc describes itself as regional verankert (regionally rooted), which it says gives it a strong and loyal network of companies and jobseekers in its area. It is based at Seestrasse 30, 3700 Spiez, can be reached on +41 31 379 19 19 or at [email protected], and publishes its site in both Bärndütsch (Bernese German dialect) and standard German.
