Tbs Human Resources & Services

TBS Human Resources & Services Sàrl is a Geneva-based recruitment firm specialising in the international trading and finance sectors. Founded in 2006 by Franca Tufo, an expert in recruitment with deep expertise in commodities, shipping and banking sectors, TBS brings 20+ years of international trading experience to recruitment placements. After serving 15 years in various international trading companies as a human resources director, Franca Tufo established TBS to put her knowledge and expertise at the service of both job seekers and employers in the sector.

TBS offers two core services. Recruitment services focus on finding specialised talent for international trading, shipping, trade finance and related administrative roles. To strengthen a personalised, listening-focused and self-aware approach, Franca Tufo completed professional coaching certification. Additionally, as a certified Insights Discovery practitioner, she brings psychological assessment expertise to candidate evaluation and coaching services. This combination allows the firm to identify not only technical fit but also personal strengths and potential qualities in candidates.

TBS values listening, tenacity and confidentiality in all client relationships. The firm's particular strengths include deep local and international market knowledge, established ethics and reputation within the placement sector, and an integrated approach combining HR recruitment expertise with professional coaching and mentoring skills. They are located at 3 quai du Mont Blanc, 1201 Geneva.
