TB-Group

TB Group, known as Tore Bertil Group, is a Swedish headhunting and recruitment company that has fundamentally rethought the recruitment process. Founded with the clear goal of making headhunting and recruitment accessible to all companies, large and small, TB Group offers a flexible, efficient and streamlined solution for external recruitment support. The company operates a subscription-based recruitment model rather than traditional project-based fees, giving clients full control, flexibility and transparency at market-leading prices.

The company's approach is structured around four key stages. First, clients can risk-free pilot the service by exploring TB Group's candidate network before fully committing. When ready, clients activate an engaged team of industry-specialised recruiters who deliver interview-ready candidates matching the client's profile requirements. Clients then conduct interviews themselves whilst TB Group continues delivering new candidates as long as needed. Crucially, clients can pause their subscription whenever they wish, creating a flexible engagement that scales with recruitment needs. Fixed monthly pricing eliminates hidden fees and provides certainty.

TB Group specialises across multiple sectors including construction, real estate and installation; finance and accounting; sales; industrial; IT and technology; legal; management; marketing; society building and infrastructure; and healthcare. Their team is specialised by industry, maintaining close contact with sector developments and sought-after competencies. The company maintains a 4.9 rating based on over 200 Google reviews.
