TaylorBaynes International Headhunters

TaylorBaynes International Headhunters is an international recruitment business focused on the global technology market. It recruits Sales, Marketing, Technical and Product professionals, especially for venture-backed technology vendors, and serves global start-up and scale-up technology companies. It runs headhunting searches and tailors the process to each client.

The company was set up in 2010 by two business partners who, it says, combine three decades of global headhunting experience. Its clients are based across Europe and North America, and it assists them with commercial and leadership hiring. It reports an expanding network across venture capital firms, private equity funds and start-up founders in the USA and Canada. In 2022 it positioned its first Director in Texas.

The leadership team includes partners Ben Taylor, based in Birmingham, UK, and Jonathan Baynes, based in Texas. The company has a European office in Cannock, England, and a USA office in Georgetown, Texas.
