Tauster

Tauster GmbH is a German recruitment consulting firm (die Personalberatung) based in Reutlingen, offering more than 20 years of active consulting experience. Over the years, the company has built an extensive contact network and continuously updates it to serve clients effectively. As a recruitment consultancy, Tauster has developed deep expertise in matching candidates with positions across multiple specialisations.

The firm specialises in four key areas: personnel search (Personalsuche), which includes both advertisement-based search and direct approaches such as executive search; personnel placement (Personalvermittlung), drawing on their extensive established network; and personnel and organisational development (Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung). They focus on both commercial positions (Kaufmännische Positionen) including commercial management roles (Kaufmännisch leitende Positionen), and technical positions (Technische Positionen) including technical management roles (Technisch leitende Positionen).

Tauster maintains a detailed database of anonymised candidate profiles from their candidate pool and regularly publishes current job postings from their clients across diverse sectors. The firm's approach emphasises quality over volume, recognising that the right placement strengthens both individual careers and business outcomes.
