Tarrant Howl

Tarrant Howl is a recruitment consultancy specialising in the architecture and design sector. It recruits across architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, urban design, masterplanning and BIM, and also draws on experience in the wider construction sector. It makes contract, permanent and senior hire placements, and offers retained search for hard to fill, key or senior roles. For contract placements it runs a payroll operation.

Its clients range from small boutique practices to AJ100 listed companies and large international firms. The company says it has over 22 years of experience in this market.

Stewart Howl founded the business in March 2016 and runs it as director. He has more than 25 years in recruitment, with the last 22 in architecture and design, mainly in London and the South East, and previously started and grew the architectural division at Fusion People. The company is based in Central London and says it plans to grow in its current sector and into the wider construction market.
