TARI Personalberatung was founded by Tanja Richert and combines Personalvermittlung with process and specialist consulting. Its guiding line is that recognising a specialist requires specialist knowledge, and the consultancy is built on 18 years of professional experience in import, export, Zollabwicklung and Exportkontrolle. Because the founder has worked as a specialist in those fields and has held leadership positions, she knows both the applicant's perspective and the perspective of the company doing the hiring, along with the daily challenges of different roles and the internal hurdles that often get in the way. Companies are offered a free first conversation, a transparent quotation, individually matched processes, specialist competence and personal contact.

The specialisation is import and export business and everything around it. TARI explains that customs and foreign trade rules are highly complex and place different demands on a company depending on its sector, its goods and the countries of origin or destination, and that much has to be clarified and checked before any import or export of goods, software or technology if a profitable, punctual and secure delivery is to be assured. It also argues the upside: the right use of certifications, customs procedures, documents and preferences can produce competitive advantages, customs concessions for a company and its clients, simplifications in customs handling, savings in time and cost and a stronger reputation. Alongside recruitment the consultancy offers Prozessberatung and Fachberatung on that same subject matter.

TARI works with companies in Germany, from start-ups that are just beginning to established businesses, and it invites both to make contact to discuss what support would help. For employers the service covers a competent search based on specialist knowledge, active sourcing and job advertisements on leading portals, plus the individual creation of a requirement profile and a specially devised know-how analysis, with specialist interviews used during pre-selection of candidates. For applicants there is GDPR compliant handling of their data, a Fachkräfte-Pool, personal contact, published vacancies and an initiative application route.
