Targeted Talent

Targeted Talent is a Canadian recruitment and HR consulting firm based in Vancouver, committed to creating opportunity, guiding careers and delivering solutions. The company operates through four integrated lines of business: Targeted Talent for recruitment, Cerberus Consulting for HR and people-plus-culture solutions management, Targeted Training for workplace upskilling, and Noval Holdings for partnerships. Together, these businesses form the backbone of their mission to drive success and innovation for clients.

The company's mission centres on recognising and valuing the differences that make each person strong, successful and human. Targeted Talent designs and executes targeted recruitment strategies that match employers and job seekers based on their unique needs and strengths. They work to foster individual and company success with satisfaction at every stage of development. Critically, they rigorously review and maintain hiring practices to ensure equity and acceptance are always at the centre of their recruitment processes, employment policies and workplace culture.

Targeted Talent's team brings a collective 30+ years of experience in elevating workplace dynamics and fostering success across diverse groups. The company is independent of political ideology, economic interests and religion, standing with victims of human rights violations and advocating for justice and equality on a global scale. They support job seekers by recognising strengths and helping prospective employers understand the importance of diversity in hiring choices, whilst promising employers that they will assist in building inclusive work environments that position organisations to lead in collaboration, productivity and innovation.
