Taos Consulting

TAOS Consulting is a German recruitment and consulting firm founded on three core principles: discovering exceptional talent, connecting minds and visions, and creating resilient organisations. The company focuses on finding individuals with extraordinary potential, including innovators, leaders, implementers, technology enthusiasts, problem-solvers and visionaries who shape the future. They believe that the future is made through courage and teamwork, and they facilitate connections between people and organisations to advance ideas.

The firm provides three main services. Executive Search involves recruiting specialists, high-potentials and leaders, particularly for technically demanding roles and key positions. Recruiting services (interim and RPO) offer short or long-term management of recruiting processes, from job postings through active sourcing, candidate selection and hiring. Research services provide project-based in-depth candidate searches to support recruitment consultants with flexible engagement models. TAOS brings deep expertise across multiple sectors including automotive, e-mobility, industrial and manufacturing, electronics and automation, consumer goods, construction, and consulting.

TAOS values respect, transparency and honesty as the foundation for sustainable partnerships. They emphasise efficiency, reliability and quality for fast, good results, and adaptability, discipline and patience for continuous improvement. The firm's team leverages sector-specific knowledge and experience with leading organisations across industries, delivering placements ranging from C-level executives to specialist and consultant positions.
