Tanzy Technologies

Tanzy Technologies (TanzyTech) is a technology staffing company specialising in connecting talent with opportunity. The firm takes a methodical approach to recruitment, involving learning the client environment and culture before using headhunting techniques and time-tested processes to locate even the most specialised skillsets. TanzyTech adapts its screening processes to match client needs, providing tailored solutions rather than one-size-fits-all approaches.

The company offers multiple staffing solutions: permanent placements for lasting hires, short-term project work for temporary backfill or capacity gaps, and long-term project engagement where consultants provide sustained support for ongoing business needs. TanzyTech also delivers recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), enabling clients to either transfer their entire recruiting function or build one from scratch with staffing, technology, methodologies, and detailed reporting recommendations.

TanzyTech prides itself on thorough assessment and honest evaluation of capabilities and limitations. The firm is prepared to discuss both strengths and areas for development with prospective clients, viewing recruitment challenges as opportunities to find good solutions. Whether clients need a single consultant or an entire team, TanzyTech brings experience and commitment to achieving successful matches.
