Tanner Menzies is an Australian recruitment and human resources consulting business with its head office in Melbourne. It was established in the 1980s by founding partner Peter Tanner AM and is now also led by partners Ian Stacy and Peter Gleeson.

Its services are executive recruitment, general recruitment, interim management and HR consultancy. Recruitment is its core activity, and its licensees specialise in fields including legal support, FMCG, healthcare and pharmaceutical. Its areas of expertise also include life sciences, agribusiness, finance and banking, industrial and manufacturing, government and real estate. Interim management places executives during periods of change, crisis or transition across the Commerce/Industry and Financial Services sectors. Tanner Menzies operates a licensee model that gives recruiters a platform to establish their own recruitment business.

It works with clients in all major capital cities and regional Australia and recruits globally. It says it has access to a global network through relationships with consulting firms in Asia Pacific, Europe and the USA. It is a corporate member of the RCSA.
