Talon Recruitment Solutions

Talon Recruitment Solutions is a recruitment agency that began in 2004 and works with companies in Australia and New Zealand. It recruits in construction, engineering, medical and healthcare, sales and technology, and names Sales, IT, and Construction and Engineering as the sectors where it aims to be a preferred recruitment partner. It serves both employers and job seekers, including clients who need a flexible workforce for a large project.

Kane and Lee were part of the original team that founded the business in 2004. The company says the two have nearly 50 years of combined recruitment experience and have sourced candidates across Australia and New Zealand, Asia and the United States, in a range of industries and at different levels of the organisational chart. It also says it has become part of the recruitment processes of numerous global employers.
