Tallann Group

Tallann Group is a founder-led recruitment consultancy that works under a model it calls Recruitment Project Management. It was established in New Zealand in 2017 and is based in Tauranga. It says it has no network of offices, and that its reach comes from research, direct engagement and relationships.

It takes on critical appointments, team and capability builds, market entry, international search and project mobilisation. Its markets are engineering, infrastructure and construction, data centres and critical infrastructure, and AI and digital capability. It fills senior, technical and project delivery roles for consultancies, contractors, developers and asset owners. It works across New Zealand, Australia, the GCC, Ireland and the United Kingdom, and a search stays local, goes national or goes international depending on where the capability is.

Founder and Managing Director Kieran O’Shaughnessy has more than two decades in recruitment, executive search and workforce delivery. Before founding Tallann he personally delivered more than 600 hires in about 18 months on a major programme in Saudi Arabia. Clients work directly with him from the first conversation to the appointment.
