Fricke Executive Search, which presents its work under the TalentWorks banner, is the consultancy of Marie-Kristin Fricke and works on leadership and management for a lasting future. For more than ten years she has filled leadership positions at the first and second level of companies as well as advisory board and supervisory board roles. The service model is deliberately restrictive in the interests of quality: a maximum of three mandates are handled at any one time, candidates are presented within two to three weeks, advice is one hundred per cent personal, and placements carry a six month guarantee. Every mandate begins with detailed conversations with the client to understand the company, its objectives, market position, priorities and culture, followed by discreet identification, approach and personal interviews, after which only the best leaders are presented.
