TALENTSMITHS

TALENTSMITHS is a London-based recruitment company that believes everyone has a story and a part to play. They focus on recruiting humans for the right job at the right time, emphasising the person behind the resume rather than fitting candidates to templates.

TALENTSMITHS specialises in finding Personal Assistants and Administrative Professionals for organisations that value their people. They focus on perfect fit and prioritise understanding the individual candidate rather than using buzzwords or repetitive job adverts.

They adopt a straightforward approach to recruitment, preferring in-depth discussion and genuine listening over standard processes. They are known for back stories rather than bullet points, and their commitment to honesty helps both employers and candidates make informed decisions.
