talents4.me connects South American talent with German companies in order to strengthen their workforce, and it describes its service as search, support and integration. The founders are an international and interdisciplinary team with several decades of combined experience in Personalmarketing, in supporting mid-sized production companies and in analogue and digital communication. The company sets out the problem it exists to solve: recruitment increasingly determines the opportunities and therefore the success of a business, demographic change is putting the economy under enormous pressure, and trainees and staff can often no longer be found locally or nearby. That affects global players and small and medium sized companies alike, and talents4.me offers professional support to firms that are considering international recruitment but have not yet found a comprehensive approach, as well as to those that want to intensify existing activity with a reliable partner.

The company recruits from South America, and in particular from Brazil and Colombia, where it finds young workers with a strong willingness to be internationally mobile. It gives its reasons for that focus openly: cultural proximity to Europe, ease of integration, generally a solid basic vocational training, a high willingness to take further education and training, and in many cases a command of the German language. The team works with people for people and names sensitivity, seriousness and trustworthiness as its core values, placing weight on stable relationships and on the full satisfaction of both the companies involved and the international workers.

talents4.me has locations in Schutterwald in Germany, Strasbourg in France and Brasília in Brazil, with the office at Löhliswälderstr. 80 in Schutterwald, and its managing director and main point of contact is Sara Monteiro Saad. Processes are fully digitalised and staff on both continents keep travel to an absolute minimum, part of a stated effort to reach climate neutral status. Every tenth of a euro earned is invested in certified environmental projects in Brazil, supporting reliable local work to preserve the Amazon.
