Talentpool Premium Selection

TALENTPOOL Premium Selection is a personnel agency for first class hotels, operating under the promise of premium Hotelpersonal that is reliable, worldwide and personal. The company describes itself as the meeting point where outstanding specialists and renowned hotels and gastronomy businesses from all over the world come together. It has been connecting top people with houses of standing for many years, from boutique hotels in the Alps to grand hotels on the Riviera. Its stated ambition is partnerships that last, grown through trust, shaped by quality and carried by shared success. The business is run by Talentpool Recruit GmbH and works under the line Connecting People, Empowering Careers.

The specialisation is hospitality and gastronomy. For hoteliers the agency supports international hotel clients in reaching their goals with its specialists, on a basis of long term relationships built on professionalism and shared success. For candidates the network of international hotel clients is presented as the main advantage, with mutual trust and a guarantee of excellent career opportunities forming the foundation of those long term relationships. The company also offers a Talentpool Garantie and a hotel login with a wishlist function so that client houses can manage their requirements directly.

The agency is based at St. Ruprechterstrase 90 in Klagenfurt, Austria, and can be reached on 0043 463 204 386 or through the contact request form on its site. From there it serves hotel and restaurant clients both domestically and internationally, which is why it presents its offer to both hoteliers looking for premium talent and professionals looking for a premium job. Employers and candidates are told that a good job begins with the right decision for both sides, and it is that two sided fit, rather than volume placement, that the agency uses to explain why hotels and hospitality professionals return to it.
