Talento Científico

Talento Científico is a recruitment and selection consultancy for scientific and technical profiles, PhD holders and R&D and innovation project managers. It recruits internationally for companies in deeptech, biotech, energy, medtech, foodtech and healthtech. Its team describes itself as scientists and consultants with long experience in people management and talent attraction.

Its clients are CEOs, managers and heads of people and operations who need to add highly qualified scientific and technical staff. The company says it handles very few assignments at a time. Alongside recruitment it offers an online outplacement programme for scientific and technical professionals, a part-time HR interim service for early-stage and growing companies, and training in transferable skills such as teamwork and leadership. It also runs a freelance platform that finds scientific and technical writers and medical writers for project-based work.

For candidates, it provides professional development programmes, career coaching and support through job transitions.
