Talent Match Recruitment

Talent Match Recruitment is a boutique recruitment consultancy based in Sydney. It handles permanent, contract and executive search assignments across professional services, finance, supply chain, HR, retail, sales, digital and office support, and works throughout Australia. It also says it recruits across all industries, from specialist roles to senior leadership.

Laurie Smith, the company's director, launched it in Sydney in 2013 and handles each assignment personally, from the first briefing to the first day. Laurie reports more than 35 years in recruitment, and the company says it has made more than 2,000 placements.

Talent Match joined NPA Worldwide in 2020, a global network of independent member-owned search firms, and uses it to offer international reach alongside its Australia-wide service. It describes its method as personal conversations and short shortlists rather than database searches and large volumes of resumes.
