TalentLinkr is a French language talent sourcing service built on recommendation rather than advertising. Its promise to recruiters is on the front page: meet the best talents in ten days. The company says it has developed a unique methodology to identify and select quickly the best talents matching a search, and the whole site funnels towards a single action, Je recherche, through which an employer describes the role it needs to fill.

The method runs in four steps. First, TalentLinkr writes the talent search with the client. Second, its experts ask for recommendations from the members of their networks; those experts are chosen because they hold an excellent network of contacts either in a sector of activity or in a company function, and they agree to open their address books and canvass their contacts on the client's behalf. Third, the TalentLinkr team selects the best profiles among those the experts' networks have recommended. Fourth, the client receives a short list of recommended and qualified talents. The company notes that the model itself was developed by the cabinet TalentSphere.
