TalentLink

TalentLink is a boutique recruitment agency based in Newstead, Queensland. It specialises in permanent and temporary Corporate Services roles across the commercial, not-for-profit and public sectors. Its clients range from SMEs and ASX-listed companies to global brands, statutory authorities and local government organisations.

The agency was founded by two Queensland recruiters, Bec Willis and John Wright. It says it draws on more than 40 years of experience, and it also reports specialist knowledge in hard-to-fill roles.

It recruits across accounting and finance, business and administrative support, property and construction, executive search and selection, people and culture and talent acquisition, marketing and communications, and technology. In accounting and finance it covers both unqualified support roles, such as accounts payable, bookkeeping and payroll, and qualified roles, such as financial controller, tax accountant and treasury.
