Talenti Tessili, operated by Talenti Tessili MGM srl, is an Italian personnel selection company (selezione del personale) created to support the network of filiera tessile (textile supply chain) businesses spread across the Lombardy area in finding the people best suited to their vacant roles. Its selectors bring thirty years of combined experience in the textile sector and in personnel selection.

The company works exclusively with businesses in the textile supply chain, following a five step process, defining client needs, searching and carrying out an initial selection of curricula across the main recruitment platforms, screening the shortlist of suitable candidates, holding interviews, and presenting the best candidates to the client. Its services also include help identifying the type of role a client needs through an on-site evaluation, advice on contract type, and support for both the company and the worker during onboarding.
