TalentHub is a recruitment agency that provides recruitment and headhunting services for growing businesses. It has operated since 2019 and was founded in Estonia by Käthe-Riin Tull and Reet Kaurit. It is now based in both Estonia and Lithuania, with recruiters hiring across the Baltics, Sweden and the rest of Europe.

The agency recruits C-suite, leadership and hard-to-fill roles for startups, scale-ups and VC-backed businesses. Its expertise covers executive search for CEO, CTO, CPO and VP-level hires, IT recruitment for engineers across software, data and DevOps, sales, marketing, RevOps and operations roles, and mechanical, electronics and embedded engineers. It says it hires across defencetech, fintech, AI, SaaS, greentech, healthtech and ecommerce and retail.

Clients can choose All Inclusive Recruitment, which handles the full hiring cycle, sourcing, which delivers a candidate pipeline for the client's own team to interview, or recruitment process outsourcing, where its recruiters work alongside the client's team. TalentHub reports more than 200 client companies and over 1,000 hires.
