Talentfactum

Talentfactum is a recruitment search boutique and HR consultancy with contact addresses in Frankfurt am Main and Vienna. It works in recruitment, professional search and HR marketing. Its search work covers professional and executive positions in middle to upper management, and it says it operates internationally.

The company focuses on hospitality, FMCG, food and non-food, travel and leisure, healthcare, and mobility and transport. Its clients range from start-ups and family businesses to large companies, with an emphasis on growing firms that want to build a team.

Besides individual searches, it runs project recruitment for higher-volume hiring within a set time, such as a product launch, an acquisition or a hotel pre-opening. It also offers recruitment as a service, a recruiting flat rate covering a set number of positions, and HR consulting. The consulting includes building processes and tools for start-ups and developing HR marketing and employer branding.
