About the Agency
Talented Recruitment Group, also called TRG, is a recruitment business that matches talent with companies in the technology and FMCG sectors. It was launched in 2018, with a Bournemouth-based FinTech business as its first client, and has had its head office in central Bournemouth since 2021.
Beyond recruitment, it offers talent sourcing, employer branding, HR consulting, talent mapping, recruitment process outsourcing and talent management. It also describes an AI-assisted service for sourcing passive candidates. Its projects begin with a conversation about the client's existing hiring process, followed by market research, an agreed strategy and delivery.
The company lists locations in the United Kingdom, including Bournemouth, London and Manchester, as well as Europe, MENA and North America. It opened its first US office on the West Coast in 2022. It says it works with more than 1,000 international companies and reports more than one million members.
