Talented Personnel

Talented Personnel is a recruitment agency specialising in the construction industry, based in Moorabbin, Victoria. It works with builders and construction firms in Melbourne and also supports candidates looking for construction roles.

The company describes itself as a small family run business and says it has over 15 years in talent sourcing. It vets candidates through an interview process before putting them forward to clients, and offers a flexible remote interview process. For candidates, it provides career development advice, job search guidance and interview tips.

Members of its team come from the construction sector. One recruiter was head of recruitment for a national builder for almost 8 years, and another worked with three residential builders. Mamoun joined the business in 2020.
