Talenta Consultants

Talenta is a recruitment specialist that offers what it calls 360 degrees consulting services for companies and for job seekers looking for new opportunities to develop. Its invitation to visitors is to build a winning team with Talenta, and the site opens by asking each visitor to choose between two routes, I am looking for work and I am recruiting. The business publishes its Singapore UEN, 2022194450D, in the footer.

Four service groups are set out in detail. Talent Search and Placement covers Singapore job market intelligence, job listing and candidate sourcing, defining of job roles, CV screening, pre-qualifying and shortlisting, the conduct of interviews and assessments, compensation package negotiation and recruitment on demand. Contract and Outsource covers employer of record, HR compliance, medical and insurance coverage, and onboarding and contract management. HR and Payroll Services adds time attendance tracking, leave and claims expense management and payroll processing and financing. Manpower Operations covers event and work scheduling with guaranteed manpower deployment, service level and operations training, workforce and process management, performance management and vendor management.

The industries Talenta covers are listed as banking and finance, sales and marketing, office support and administration, human resources, contact centre, tech and engineering, healthcare and life services, information technology, and procurement, supply chain and logistics. It argues that this breadth is the point: it matches candidates and teams with employers from various industries, knowing the needs of each one. Its consultants are described as having long standing relationships with clients and a network that takes in listed companies, SMEs and startups, and the company says it takes pride in building teams and relationships rather than selling manpower solutions alone.
