Talent Work

Talent @ Work is a growing uitzendorganisatie that provides flexible labour and personnel services, and it sums up its approach as oog voor talent. The commitment and involvement of its own people, combined with the values it pursues, are described as the pillars of its success. The company works to the motto zeg wat je doet en doe wat je zegt, and it promises a personal way of working that delivers continuity and quality. Its services run across uitzenden, detacheren, werving en selectie and payrolling, so that an employer can choose the contracting model that suits the assignment.

The focus of the business is the administrative, financial, secretarial and commercial segment of the market. Employers with an urgent assignment, a temporary requirement or a vacancy aimed at a permanent appointment are told they have come to the right place. Talent @ Work takes the brief, goes through the vacancy with the client, then starts the matching procedure and presents candidates. On the candidate side it works with flexworkers who want to change jobs, make better use of their talents, take a career step or who are just starting out, looking at the right combination of personality and talent when finding a new role.

The head office is at Tijnmuiden 75 in Amsterdam, and the company also lists direct telephone numbers for its branches in Weesp, Amstelveen and Amersfoort, inviting candidates to visit one of the vestigingen or simply to call for a personal conversation. Employers and candidates can register through the meld je aan route or reach the team on [email protected]. Talent @ Work says it places the talent of its flexworkers above all else and works from that talent to fulfil ambitions, working pro-actively for the client at the same time.
