Talent To Match

Talent to Match is an executive headhunting consultancy based in Olen, Belgium, led by Isabel Verhelst specialising in CEO and C-level position recruitment for strategic leadership roles that create genuine organisational difference. The firm approaches executive search as a strategic partnership rather than transactional placement, working exclusively with a select number of clients to ensure personal involvement from intake through integration.

The company serves ambitious small and medium enterprises seeking leaders aligned with company culture, ambition, and character; investment firms recognising that CEO quality determines exit value and EBITDA acceleration; and family business boards seeking external leadership that drives growth without compromising family values. Talent to Match operates with a no-nonsense, results-focused approach including sometimes challenging questions, selective humour, and commitment to rigorous candidate evaluation.

The firm maintains extensive international experience across Europe including the Nordics, and has successfully completed searches in Serbia, Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, Russia, Israel, and South Africa. Talent to Match operates with a fixed fee structure paid in three installments (not percentage-based), handles all searches with strict confidentiality (including NDA arrangements), and maintains strict conflict-of-interest policies. Founder Isabel Verhelst personally oversees every executive search from strategy development through successful integration, functioning as sparring partner, sounding board, and guide throughout the leadership transition process.
