Talent Store

Talent Store is a boutique recruiting firm based in Tucson, Arizona. Devon Underwood founded it in 2013 and is its principal. The firm says she has provided executive search, recruiting and talent acquisition strategy consulting for clients in 40+ states over the last 20 years. It was set up to make these services more accessible for small and mid-sized businesses and non-profits.

It offers three services. Key Position Placement fills executive roles, new positions and other key hires through a retained executive search process, and the firm can advertise under a client's name or confidentially. For this service it charges a flat fee based on the salary budget, not the final offer. Recruitment process outsourcing suits employers hiring in volume, opening a new location or hiring continuously, and focuses on building talent pipelines. Talent strategy advising covers recruiting processes and retention initiatives.

For services it does not provide, such as compensation consulting, payroll for companies with under 50 employees, resume writing and fractional COO services, it works with strategic partners.
