Talent Search is a Danish recruitment firm, operating as Talent Search ApS, that helps businesses in Denmark fill key positions. It recruits commercial profiles and managers, specialists such as engineers and finance staff, and administrative key people.

Its method starts with a clarification of the competences a role needs, based on the organisation, its culture and the direct manager. Candidates are tested, and the firm documents how well each one matches. It searches for candidates who are not necessarily looking for work, and it gives a six-month guarantee on its recruitment.

Alongside recruitment, the company offers career advice for private individuals and business coaching and mentoring. It is based at DTU Science Park in Hørsholm and is led by director May Britt Skounsø, with a talent researcher and a content and social media manager on the team.
