Talent Quarter is a 100% Australian-owned recruitment agency for healthcare and social care. It works with nurses, midwives, doctors, allied health professionals and social care workers, and also fills professional services roles in health organisations, such as finance, HR, marketing and compliance. It provides locum, permanent, travel and shift-based roles, and serves metro, regional and remote communities across Australia.
The company's story began in 2008, when Sugarman opened in Australia. Health Talent acquired Sugarman Australia in 2020, and Talent Quarter was formed in 2021. It has offices in Sydney, Perth and Brisbane, with Sydney as its headquarters.
It reports more than 44,600 placements across healthcare roles and a 98.9% retention rate. Sue Healy and Jan Bannerman are joint managing directors, and David Swan is chairman of the board.
