Talent Partners is an executive search and consulting firm that focuses on diversity recruitment. It describes its approach as a relationship-driven engaged search model developed over nearly three decades. It says it assigns six team members to every search and has placed over 1,700 candidates.

The firm recruits in practice areas including eCommerce, finance and fintech, HR and PEO, industrial manufacturing, life sciences and healthcare, professional services consulting, sales and marketing, and technology and digital. Its recruiters also place aerospace talent. Hiring is offered as permanent placement, interim contract and temporary staffing, through what it calls a global talent acquisition network.
