Bringing a passion for bettering the human experience and the planet in equal measure, Claire brings over 20 years recruitment experience across Engineering, IT and Environmental portfolios to the team at Talent Nation. Claire has spent considerable time recruiting in the Climate Change and Meteorology fields and has a deep understanding of technical and complex role remits, along with a knack of thinking outside the square to source hard to find talent. Committed to ensuring the human experience is positive, fair, and meaningful in all that she does, is a key driver for Claire. She also brings a blend of analytical and human centred design thinking, pragmatism, ethics, and unique problem solving to business and recruitment, along with a collaborative and consultative approach. Having spent the early years of her life living at sea and in remote locations Claire’s passion for the outdoors and remote places started at an early age. In her spare time, she is yoga teacher and you are most likely to find her hiking or exploring the wilderness somewhere around the globe with a yoga mat and her music in tow. Claire has a Diploma in Management and Project Management and is a qualified Yoga and Meditation teacher.

Nathan Kelly

Nathan is one of Australia’s foremost executive search specialists in the ESG, sustainability, and environment sector. His recruitment career began in 2001 when he relocated from New Zealand to work as a recruitment consultant in London, before moving to Australia where he played a pivotal role at seek.com.au during the lead-up to its ASX listing.
