Talent Lift recruits senior people for recruitment businesses and executive search firms. It works in two areas. Senior rec-to-rec places people within recruitment businesses, from billing managers through to directors and executive leadership team members. Search-to-search covers recruiting fee earners, partners and leaders for executive search firms and interim management providers.

The company works on live vacancies and also makes discreet introductions that lead to newly created positions. Its clients range from boutique recruitment firms to global staffing companies, and also include executive search and interim management providers, management and human capital consulting firms, private equity and venture capital investors specialising in the recruitment industry, and recruitment industry non-executive directors and advisors. It says it handles every conversation with discretion.

Talent Lift is based in Lichfield. Tim Vye, who the company says has held the same senior positions he recruits for, is supported by a team that can operate across the UK and internationally.
