Talent Hiring

Talent Hiring Solutions (THS) is a boutique ERP and technology recruitment partner built to create real, lasting working relationships across North America. Founded on 15 years of ERP and technology recruitment experience, the company serves small to mid-size organisations seeking technology expertise without the time commitment or budget constraints of traditional recruitment approaches.

The firm fills roles spanning software engineers and architects, solution architects, business analysts, systems administrators, ERP leaders, project and programme managers, and quality assurance specialists across multiple industries including fintech, manufacturing, retail, energy, utilities, construction, healthcare, agriculture, distribution, and mining sectors. Talent Hiring Solutions distinguishes itself through the proprietary Fit-to-Thrive System, a physiology and psychology-driven recruitment framework that evaluates candidate rhythm, pressure response, cultural alignment, and verified technical skills.

Founded by Thomas Hache, THS emphasises moving beyond resume-based hiring to engineering teams that thrive long-term. The firm commits to quality over volume, offering transparent pricing, a no-cost replacement guarantee, and flexible contract or permanent hiring arrangements. The company's mission is proving that hiring can become a competitive advantage rather than organisational overhead.
