Talent Harbor is a sales recruitment business based in Annapolis, Maryland. It places salespeople with client companies under a model it calls Recruitment as a Service, in which clients pay a flat monthly fee. The company says it works without contracts or success fees.

It says it draws on more than 25 years of sales recruiting expertise. Each search starts with a call to understand the client's current hiring problems, followed by a candidate blueprint, a job description and marketing materials. Candidates are sourced through its networks and internal and external databases, with direct outreach to passive candidates. Screening covers skills, experience and culture fit, and includes experience and core values interviews and sales specific assessments. It also advises on compensation reviews, interview processes and onboarding.

It works with sales leaders, founders, and consultants and coaches. It offers a free replacement if a new hire does not work out within the first 90 days, and its stated ten-year goal is to place 10,000 salespeople.
