Talent Fountain

Talent Fountain is an executive search, tech recruitment and talent management consulting firm for early stage startups, founded by David Bizer. Bizer began his career at Netscape working with Marc Andreessen, later became the first recruiter at Google in Europe, where he helped grow the organisation from 100 to over 5,000 employees in seven years, and has worked with more than 60 emerging European startups on their talent needs since 2010.

The firm works in partnership with venture capital firms, accelerators and incubators, offering three services, Critical Hires (executive search for a startup's most important roles), RaaS or Recruitment as a Service (an outsourced recruitment model), and Consulting, delivered as workshops, training and speaking. Consultant Aneta Daniszewska joined the recruitment profession in 2012, working at Korn Ferry Futurestep on an RPO project for Apple Retail across EMEA, before specialising in technical recruitment with a focus on the DACH region and leading strategic senior level searches for commercial and technical roles.
