Talent Force Global is a staffing company offering what it calls a turnkey and hassle free holistic solution. It finds employees for any role a client needs, conducts what it describes as an exhaustive seven step search for the right candidates, then hires them through its own payroll and hands the team over to the client to manage as if they were its own. The claim at the centre of the offer is a 70 per cent saving on salary costs, which the company repeats as its headline promise to prospective clients.

Rather than specialising in a single industry, the company builds teams for any company role and wraps the whole employment relationship around them. It provides the HR function, payroll, the legal function and legal entity, offices and workspace including meeting and training rooms, technology equipment and the necessary software, local support services, and facilities such as staff canteens, medical and emergency rooms and play rooms. The client trains, coaches and manages the team itself, exactly as it would at home, and receives a single clean monthly invoice covering the lot.

Its argument to employers is partly about cost and partly about engagement: it says companies should stop massively overpaying for jobs and tasks that can be carried out for 70 per cent less at a higher standard, and it points to the great resignation, quiet quitting and similar movements as evidence that engagement has fallen where more care is needed. Against that it offers a workforce it describes as committed, appreciative and likely to stay for the long run, plus savings on premises, equipment, retirement contributions, the HR department, the payroll function and benefits.
