Talent-Experten Personalberatung was founded in Frankfurt am Main with the vision of offering an innovative service through which partners receive an individual recruitment strategy that is tailored to their needs and optimised for cost. The consultancy works with more than 40 employees organised into small, specialised teams for each field of competence, and it brings more than ten years of recruiting experience to its mandates. The recruitment process is deliberately structured into clearly defined project phases: consulting and briefing with a position and requirements analysis; internal project coordination in which a full team is assembled and measures delegated by specialism; a deep search in which the entire candidate market is worked through in close consultation with the client; optional process analysis and optimisation talks with an adapt and search phase if profiles need adjusting; and a closing and project review after the position is filled.
