Talent Edge

Talent Edge is a search and recruitment business based in Sydney, Australia. It specialises in project management, engineering, building and construction, utilities and resources, advisory and strategy, and transport and infrastructure, and says most of its roles fall within these areas.

Engineering recruitment has been a key focus since the company began. It fills roles from junior graduate to principal and director level, on temporary project-driven and permanent bases, for clients ranging from boutique consultancies to multinational firms. In construction it recruits mainly at managerial level, for both client-side and contractor positions, and works with companies from small specialist consultancies to major tier one firms. Its transport and infrastructure work covers rail, light rail, roads, airports, water and power, including government clients. Its utilities and resources work covers water, energy, oil and gas, and mining.

The company says its placements have supported projects in Australia and internationally.
