Talent Consortium is a full service talent management and organisational performance business, launched in June 2014. It says it was set up in response to client requests for a personal, full service HR partner.
Its services include HR consulting, a Partnered HR offering that supplies HR support as a client's business needs change, and recruitment covering interim and contractor placements, permanent placement and executive search. It has also developed a set of tools for managing people.
Sharon Parcell is the founder, owner and CEO. She previously worked as general manager at Talent2 and at Chandler Macleod. Heather Oliver, listed as Local Government Principal, has a 30-year career in executive search and recruits only for local government, including chief executives, executive team members, technical roles, executive officers and board members. The company also works with business partners.
