Talent Chief Ltd

Talent Chief Ltd is an independent recruitment-to-recruitment (rec2rec) business that specialises in hiring for recruitment agencies and sales companies. It works with employers across the UK and fills roles such as trainee recruitment consultant, recruitment consultant, recruitment manager, business developer, account manager, branch manager and director. It also says it has placed people in almost every sector, with IT and Engineering where it has seen most success.

Searches are run on a retained or contingency basis, from trainees up to company directors. For client companies it holds several video and phone conversations before putting together an overview of the business to advertise to candidates. In early 2026 it launched an Internal Consultancy service, tailored to each client, in which it acts as a dedicated talent acquisition function and helps set up what a business needs for hiring. It also works with candidates looking to start or move on in a recruitment career.

The company was founded by Tom Greet, who is its director. He has worked in rec2rec since April 2017 and decided to go independent at the end of 2022. It says it covers UK markets including Bristol, London, Brighton, Manchester and Cardiff.
