Talent Butler is a recruitment agency based in Sydney. It specialises in property, construction and development, and also recruits in finance, business support and executive search. Roles include property managers, development managers, project directors, accountants, finance directors, office administrators and executive assistants, as well as C-suite positions such as heads of property and directors of development.

The company was created by its founder and CEO, Mathew Thompson, who works in property recruitment across the United Kingdom, Southeast Asia and Australia and has more than twenty years of experience. The company says its clients include both national and international employers.

Clients can choose retained executive search with staged payments, success-based fees, or a Pay As You Grow option, in which the cost is spread over 12 monthly instalments and payments pause if the placed candidate leaves. Pay As You Grow placements carry up to 12 months of candidate replacement. The company says it uses AI and data insights to match candidates to roles.
