Talent Blueprint

Talent Blueprint is a recruitment firm serving small-to-medium business owners and leaders in the construction, engineering, and energy and resources sectors. Michael Berger, its founding director, started the company in 2014, after a background recruiting for large organisations on panel agreements. It is based in Spring Hill, Queensland, and recruits across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.

It fills permanent and contractor positions at many levels, from CEOs and senior executives to senior operations managers and maintenance team members. Its services are executive search, permanent recruitment, contract recruitment and talent mapping. Contract work includes online timesheets and contractor administration. Clients can engage it under either a relationship model (RPO) or an on-demand model.

The company applies its own five step search process to every assignment. It says it is flexible in how it works with clients, because the traditional percentage of salary fee does not suit everyone, and that it works primarily from referrals.
