Talent Attraction

Talent Attraction is a German recruitment company with over 10 years of experience in recruiting for critical and responsible technical roles. The company operates as a personal task force for filling technical key positions where vacancies carry operational, safety-relevant or regulatory risks. Founded by Adrian Seibel, who holds a Master's degree in business psychology with a focus on human resources, Talent Attraction brings structured recruiting methodology combined with deep technical understanding.

The company specialises in recruiting for critical technical positions across multiple sectors including energy supply, infrastructure and equipment manufacturing, technical building systems, industrial operations, information technology and IT/OT security. Talent Attraction has successfully filled over 150 key technical positions and works with more than 85 industry leaders. The company's approach emphasises structured selection and qualification processes appropriate for technical and regulated environments, delivering sustainable hires rather than short-term placements.

Talent Attraction offers three core services: recruitment on a commission basis for technical and management positions, interim recruiting providing temporary support for recruitment projects, and active sourcing through direct outreach via LinkedIn and industry networks. The company provides consulting on recruitment processes and candidate experience, onboarding support and organisational culture development. Based in Berlin at Petersburger Platz, Talent Attraction operates with a commitment to understanding business operations, systems and environments to make placements that truly fit.
