Talent Army

Talent Army is a technology recruitment company that works with tech employers of all sizes, from early stage startups to post-IPO corporations and government tech teams. For larger clients it also offers to take over part or all of their recruitment function.

The company says it aims to build inclusive teams rather than fill individual roles, and that its recruiters spend half their time on clients and half on candidates. Before going to market it helps clients define what they need, including the tech stack, team, structure and job description. It says it builds networks of talent and long-term relationships with the people it places, and it runs a job board for candidates.

It recruits for roles in New Zealand and Australia, including software engineering and product design. Its team has members in Wellington, Auckland, Christchurch and Melbourne.
